All the Students and faculty members are requested to collect the Library Membership Form from the Library or download from the Library website Click here.
The filled-up Library Membership Form has to be submitted to the Library along with the photocopy of:

Admission fee receipt (for students)

Address proof document

Appointment letter/Joining letter (for faculty members)

Two copies of recent passport size photographs (write your name on the backside of each copy of photograph).
Date of Submission: 18th July 2019 onward
Library Card Issue: 25th July 2019 onward
